Tourwriter vs teenyoffice: Which is a better fit?

Then their allocation system did not work, once again delayed by implementation team not reading and actioning emails we sent noting the errors.

This is fantastic software for travel companies. I just love few features which not only saves time but are very handy in day to day operations.

I have been frustrated with Tourwriter from the moment I transferred the initial payment.

The invoices are really nice and I believe this is the best CRM out there. The service is really good and they care about agents and how we need to function in our day to day lives.

The inability to figure out how to input information and make corrections.

We like that they are responsive to our ideas. If I need training I can call them for support and there is always someone to help.

I used Clientbase and Clientease and found them both really confusing.

Best sales report out there. It is nice to be able to pick up the phone and call with questions.

There could be an easier way to set up and send emails. I may be wrong as I'm not fully knowledgeable about all of what the software can do.

This product is really an interesting concept and make life easier with paperwork for clients. I love that it has plug in for information on all of our clients.

Tried calling quite a few times no response and voice mail is full.
