Tourwriter vs Lanes & Planes: Which is a better fit?

This is fantastic software for travel companies. I just love few features which not only saves time but are very handy in day to day operations.

I have been frustrated with Tourwriter from the moment I transferred the initial payment.

That to me is really important when CS is able to understand the situation and make appropriate and timely resolution.

Does not show all possible flight connections. Low-cost airlines are not displayed which might result in missing out on direct connections.

Overall a good service, support personnel very responsive, patient and helpful.

It took a while to cancel l/rebooking via app, my other colleague is not able to do it at all thus i sent email to CS.

What is the most amazing promote support for any issue related to any booking or reservation.

No open jaw flights bookable, in this case I have to book all flights individually.

Also, the support team is amazing and always willing to make an effort with any inquiries. The integrations work flawlessly as well.
