As of now, we are only utilizing the attendance portion on a regular basis. Many employees struggle with requesting time off...calendar is not easily read, no able to delete or cancel a request.
Extremely satisfied with implementation, training, support and ease of use. Would recommend to any enterprise looking for an attendance software.
Inability to track who has made changes makes it a bit irritating.
As the administrator of the tool, it is pretty easy for me to use it and if I have any questions, the customer support is usually pretty fast and helpful.
When searching for a name on the employee page we are bounced out of the search into a new hire set up page if you hit enter instead of GO, small thing, but annoying.
Each time I have had to call in with questions I get to speak with Tom. I'd like to say that Tom is always so very helpful and friendly.

Staff love booking holidays using the software, easy to approve too. Great reports and statistics available too which helps with end of year holiday planning.
The workflow side of the system has been very difficult for us non-technical HR Managers. We've struggled to get the performance review just as we want it and the goal reminders have been annoying.
The ability to change the employee/manager/admin access is great. Query function is very useful and the dashboard contains a lot of 'at a glance' information which is very useful.
Also the org chart section - you can't print an org chart out onto one A4 piece of paper if you have anything more than about 20 employees, which is ridiculous.
The live chat service is extremely good. So far every time I've used it I obtained helpful answers within the hour and the chat people have been nice and showed care to help.
I think that the issues with this product stem from their inability to handle larger groups/information.
Their customer and technical services support is fantastic and they are always very responsive and helpful as well as to listen to customer's feedback with the aim to further improve their platform.
Expenses section is an additional extra and is a no-go area. I spent more time on to the helpdesk to it than anything and ended up having to stop using it.
