Mindbody vs Punchpass: Which is a better fit?

Melanie E.: Hi, my name is Melanie. I am the owner. My business is small, and I give Mindbody a four out of five. Prior to Mindbody, the software that I was using took a lot more time. It was tedious, and, to be honest, it was quite manual. I chose Mindbody because I've heard a lot about it, and a lot of people told me it was a good software to use. So word-of-mouth is everything. Using Mindbody was a little difficult at first, but I was able to manage and power through by looking up different ways that I could find the information without being stuck and alone finding it myself. If you are considering getting Mindbody, just make sure you do your research, so that you know exactly what you're looking for, and you know exactly what you're going to get. If you do not know what features you want, then it's going to be really hard to narrow down the benefits of a new software.

Deanna: Hi, my name's Deanna and I am the owner of Studio Sophia Fitness Club. I have been in business for 13 years and I'm a small boutique fitness studio and I give Punchpass a five out of five. Originally, I started with Mindbody Online and they have too much in price, too much information. In order for me to even get to anything I had to go through five to 10 pages, and I did not have the time to do that. I went through a couple places. I went through other online stuff, and they just seemed to be on top of everything that I needed at that time. Being a small business, I did not need to spend more time on my computer. I needed to work, and they just seemed to fit perfectly, gave me everything I needed quickly, and their response for everything, no matter what I did, they came right back with me and that's what I liked. They walked me through it, basically, showed me each plan, how I added people, how I can update, how I can cancel. It was very easy to work with. And if you know me, I'm a person who likes things to get done quickly, and I really enjoyed the fact that they were able to show me quickly and get myself started and going with my business. And it integrated well because they also have an app which helps my customers, which really helps me too. So now I don't have to deal with anything. They can just go right to the app and work with them. My recommendation is to show people that it's easier to work with. Besides the price, which was ridiculously cheaper, they just really gave me everything I needed for my small business, from the calendar, colorful calendar, to the app, and just getting back to me when I had a question. It just had the package for me that I needed.
