Mindbody vs ClassForKids: Which is a better fit?

Just an amazing system, customer support, quality of the product and how easy it is to use.

For example- during covid lockdown they provided no support. Even though the studios were forced to close we were still charged in full.

I like this app because it puts your availability up for you and then notifies you when someone has scheduled an appointment. I like that it’s easy to use and find and the app is free for customers.

So I talked to them in January, now that my business is in dire straights and I was told that my cancellation would be processed the following day.

With its affordable pricing, flexibility, reliability, and excellent customer support, Mindbody is a great app for anyone looking to improve their health and wellness.

My only con is when things from businesses aren’t updated on the app making what is available to the community misleading.

The ease of filtering for what you are in the mood for (ex: HIIT or Pilates workout class) is great. Key considerations, like price and location are easy navigate.

Website integration very poor; no store option. Functions/features buried in an oversaturated back-end; back-end not very intuitive.

The support team are fantastic they respond so quickly and if the system can't do what you want they help work out how to work with what is available to suit your business.

When customers are auto-enrolled from one term to the next they are unable to apply a discount code. Trial customers can get lost between terms.

Fantastic bonus that they have massively reduced their fee to zero throughout the pandemic and I couldn’t have carried on using the system without that- I am extremely grateful for them.

Sometimes features can be limited or restricted. Overall the layout and ability to customise the colourshemes to match your brands is limited.

I might add, during the past year (COVID-19) the support, help and discounts over the year have been absolutely amazing, kind and thoughtful.

I dislike the amount Stripe charge as a platform fee and wish we had the choice of PayPal or a cheaper alternative. My clients moan about the cost and I don’t wish to incur the fee as a company.

They have been brilliant to deal with I would highly recommend them. The opportunity to feedback or suggest improvements would be nice.

Not yet used away from a WiFi connection so unsure how the offline aspect will work.
