Lone Wolf Back Office vs Endpoint: Which is a better fit?

I enjoy working with brokerWolf, I receive great support from the team and also the IT staff are great.

This is one of the worst pieces of software I have ever used.

The customer service has been fabulous every time I call in. The customer service representatives troubleshoot and ask questions while they figure out the best possible solution.

There is so much more which makes this software so hard to work with.

The breadth and depth of features and functionality are amazing. Reports available provide all the necessary information to successfully manage.

It was difficult software to use. Getting up to speed requires more of an investment of time than anticipated.

Love the Training section where you can test things before you try it and screw it up. Customer Support is wonderful - everyone is always helpful and easy to get to.

It desperately needs to be re-written. But it is the devil we know.

Endpoint's online user interface is awesome, easy to use, and the experience of working with Endpoint overall is amazing.

Some of their bank integrations had some errors that prevented me from using them.

Very easy system to use, one spot to pick up past and current transactions. The ability to go back to an older transaction and look at statements is super nice.

I received the wrong document once. I am not sure if this was an issue with the software or the users submitting the documents.

Had a lot of issues logging in and accessing documents. Not sure if they have an issue with desktop version but I was unable to login on desktop.
