I love the ease of use straight from the MLS, that's my favorite part. Being able to see the appointment's I have coming up in the app, in the order they are scheduled is also very convenient.
They tout a One Time Fee for the Life of the Property and that is not being honored. Check your invoices and you were likely double charged as well.

When you accidentally upload the incorrect document there is no way to delete it. You can archive the document which does work in the end.

ShowingTime is great, because it works with all of the rest of our real estate softwares and MLS systems, and so it's easy to integrate into everything we already have. It was extremely easy to get started with ShowingTime. All the buttons were where you would expect them to be. It's extremely intuitive, and it's just, overall, very easy to use. Everybody should get ShowingTime. It makes your life easier. It makes my life easier. It makes my clients' lives easier, and your clients' lives easier. Everybody should be using it.
Donald: My name's Donald. I'm a commercial real estate broker of about 10 people in my office, and my rating on dotloop is definitely five stars. I use dotloop for all my contracts, all my e-signatures, and for data storage and to keep all my documents. What I like most about dotloop is that it's a one place to keep all my documents and over the years to keep regulations for commercial real estate and real estate in general. We have to keep our documents for seven years and it allows me to store all the data on the cloud without having to worry about it. My biggest dislike about dotloop is sometimes when I'm dealing with clients and I send them an e-signature, it ends up in their spam folder, but despite that, as long as I give my clients the heads-up to check their spam folder. Other than that, there's no problems.
