I seemed to be really affordable and they do have pretty good / excellent customer service representatives.
This can be frustrating when candidates call in and we have no one else to refer them to.
This is a good tool that can be used in great ways or a good tool that can be used in very convoluted ways. Start out KISS and then build up.
Once the candidate is submitted I no longer have access. I am also not able to upload a newer or updated version of a resume.
For companies under a thousand people, this is a great solution. It is affordable, you can implement it lightening fast and its simple.
Not as customizable as we first thought. But the vendor takes product limitation feedback and passes it onto the programmers for a possible upgrade in the future.
If you are looking for a system that is user friendly and can help keep you tracking your success this system will work for you.
What I like least about this software is that the presentation of jobs posted is very bland and boring. There isn't much to catch the eye but this is also keeping it less distracting.
The customer support is incredibly fast and friendly. The support from our Customer Success Manager is also very good, always helpful and competent.
It is difficult to understand how the tool calculates, e.g. vacation days. I have made the same mistake a few times with manually adjusting vacation days for on-call work.
We had an implementation manager who was understanding, helpful, progressively thinking and extremely well versed in the product. On top of it she was flexible and friendly.
A bit weak on the reporting side, especially when it comes to the recruiting function.
The platform is super confident and easy to understand for everyone. The vacations can be taken in and out at will and all requirements as well as HR are directly on the screen.
But a price increase of more than 30% from one day to the next is very unusual and annoying.
Many possibilities to make daily work easier, simple usage, easy understandable, great implemantation team, very good customer support, perfect solution for recruitment activities.
There is no App available yet but as I heard it will be issued soon.
