BrightSide vs rezStream: Which is a better fit?

In my less than 6 months of experience with BS, I can confidently say that it has been a fantastic and user-friendly application.

If there is anything I disliked about the software it was because of my own lack of understanding.

I love the fact that we can customize it for the way we need it to work best for the front desk and our guests.

Inability to differentiate between discount periods.

And the value is solid--we're a small rental business and feel fortunate to have found such an affordable software solution.

To be honest I can't think of anything that stands out. Most of the problems in the software are operator error.

Making reservations is very easy and there are so many different options for running reports. They have also integrated with many other booking sites that has been great for our business.

I cant think of anything that I would consider a problem with the software.

We interviewed several different online reservation companies before going with rezStream. We felt they were the best fit for us because we liked the software the best.

Furthermore, it's quite difficult to set up and track business. The developers have really missed the mark for any property larger than 5 or 10 rooms.

They have excellent customer service, which is very important to me. Thank you for being part of our new adventure September 30, 2023 will be our one year anniversary of being a Resort owners.

That all disappeared within minutes of watching me navigate through the new software on day 1.

They are friendly, courteous, and dedicated in helping solve any issues you may have. We would recommend this program to any small business like ourselves, anytime.

I haven't had alot of problems using the software I only print out the daily check ins and check outs. The rest I dont really use.

Also very important to us is that they are very professional, organized, helpful during each stage of the process and eager to make sure we are happy with their services.

It does capture and track guest reservations but it's lack of basic business reporting means its usefulness is quite primitive. There is no way to track occupancy, rev-par etc.
