GAGEpack vs GAGEtrak: Which is a better fit?

I am very much satisfied with PQ System's Gagepack and will continue to try and demonstrates its effectiveness as it accomplishes most every need and requirement for our application.

I believe it now is evolving to be used on bigger networks. I had some data lost the first week of using the new software.

Also support has been fantastic. Please take note of the support from the customer representative which has been excellent.

It would be very difficult to use for a large business. It is difficult to input the gages into the system.

In my opinion, I think this is the best program on the market because of the ease & user friendly. You can do so many different things with ease.

One of the last things I don't like about it is that the data can easily be manipulated once it's entered for false readings.

I have had many compliments from auditors on the ease of finding information. I will continue to purchase the support agreement because it has been well worth the money over the years.

Only complaints is the mult windows to use. A one page home with tabs scrolling to different areas would speed up log information times.

Great customer service, able to resolve my issue with one call. The support staff is super knowledgeable and they are will to go the extra mile keep up the good work.

We need the support we pay for but are not getting it. It is very frustrating that we cannot get these problems fixed.

I love the dashboard for quick reference as to what calibrations need done. The ability to store procedures and apply to multiple different gages is also great.

Has always had problems with errors that either do not affect functionality and are just slightly annoying or crash the program.

Easy of use, the massive database that seamlessly connects with our work database, outstanding customer service.

The date format as we are in Australia the dates come out wrong for us, we use days, before months and at times on the certificates of calibration it can be confusing.

The label software is very useful easy to change size depending on tool size. The ability to print out various forms is a great help.

I started using an earlier version that was clunky and had a horrible user interface that was hard to navigate without training. Thankfully this has been rectified in the newest version.
