The reminder sending isn't very fluid, and building a schedule can be frustrating. We currently export the schedule, then cut and paste onto a new excel page to print for the day.
What I like most is how easy it is to use and how organized everything is. Also the customer service is amazing.
If you ever have a problem, just call and their staff and they will walk you through any corrections or remote log-in on your system and correct it.
