We are prefect for small and medium size companies that may be new to construction software or are tried of paying too much money for their current software. Easy to use and even faster to master.
We serve the people who build beautiful residential environments, from home builders (custom/spec/production) to remodelers, from design/build firms to pool & hardscaping contractors, and more.
I like the way it is user-friendly, has really competitive prices, and has great features to work with.
AS A RESULT I CANCELLED MY CARD SO THEY CANT SCAM ME AGIAIN. In the process of disputing it with my bank and will report them to their local DA.
The one on one training to help you get set up is amazing. We are in implementation phase but can already grasp how much we will enjoy the platform.
One year later we were charged for a full year of service. I should have read reviews first because it looks like this happens to EVERYONE which is so frustrating.
Excellent app, definitely enjoyed it over the years and is better than others i have tried.
I am having trouble doing schedule and changing schedules.
The software is great and once you get use to the menu it really is a great product. I am so happy that we are getting this for our office.
We've searched for FIVE years and have used most of the bigger names in the construction industry. Most highly overpriced, and poor customer service.
It truly is the best software out there that exists for the specific application. The project specific communication is the best out there.
You pay an exorbitant amount per project, and still get less features than other programs like Builder Trend. It’s clunky, poorly laid out, and the customer service is terrible.
Overall, great software for a much lower price point than all the competitors. If you are a smaller company, like mine, and you have a tight budget, this is great, functional software.
Circular dependencies are by far the worst problem.
Our clients constantly tell us how easy it is to use and its a selling feature for us. Estimating is super easy and then over the the budget sheet to see how you are tracking with your profits.
The Mobile app is severely lacking. The crew is primarily on the ground and trying to conduct a lot of business on-the-go.
It's a great product, and the customer support helping with the implementation has been exactly what we would have expected from a great company.
Started out well, but got worse and worse as time went on. Could never get straight answers from customer service.
Kamlesh P.: My name is Kamlesh. I'm a project manager and I give Contractor Foreman five. Click below for more reviews. I tried a few softwares, like a field demo, and tried for a month [inaudible 00:00:15], but none of them are capable enough to do what Contractor Foreman can do. Not only that, some softwares they want [inaudible 00:00:28] based on project size versus Contractor Foreman is just a system. No matter what amount is, the system is system. That is why I like Contractor Foreman more. And other thing they keep changes what we suggest. We need some changes to do and they do it. We see in a day, in a month, in a week they have included. Contractor Foreman, first, is very user-friendly, customizable. Price factor is very low cost compared to any other software. The most important thing that I like about it is the EIA style billing because that's more important and we have to do it every month for every project. No other software has that capability that I used it. But this one has a very good EIA billing system. To start with Contractor Foreman, the very good system they have is they have an online chat available all the time. So while you're setting up your company, your projects if you have any questions, they are right there helping you. And that way you don't feel stressed out to set up your company when it's you're using first time. So I like that option very well about it. If you are looking for the best software for construction management, Contractor Foreman is the best, you should go for it. It's very simple, very easy, lot of features and you will never go wrong with this.
Denise L.: Hi. I'm Denise. I am a director of finance with a small construction company on the Mississippi Coast. I have been using CoConstruct for about seven months, and I give it a three out of five stars. We were using more of an Excel spreadsheet type format before we started with CoConstruct. There are some other trial programs they used prior to my arrival here at the company, and we have since switched from CoConstruct to a different company to do our project management. We chose CoConstruct because it is one of the industry standards. It does help us track the jobs as well as communicate with our clients, keep in touch with our vendors, and it also helps support the project manager in the day-to-day job logs and tasks that needed to be done as well as scheduling. The onboarding process with CoConstruct was a little cumbersome. We had to pay a fee for four different courses with a trainer that was extra in addition to what we were already paying a month and that... If we didn't know what we were doing, it was difficult. We wound up going through courses throughout the months, and we're in month seven. We still haven't touched half of what the capabilities are in CoConstruct. It was a little bit difficult. I recommend you think twice about using CoConstruct at this point. From the company itself, I've been informed that there will be no more future updates to the software. So my concern with that was it integrates with QuickBooks. If QuickBooks has an update or it has something that changes, will it work with CoConstruct? That's definitely something to keep in mind for future users. The other thing is the price point is going up, and compared to other software, I'm not sure that it's worth that same amount.
