I love the ability to customize to continue to improve our operational systems. I also really like being able to use the software at any time and any place I have internet.
If TeamDesk has a downside it's probably that they don't market themselves enough although that is changing (hence this listing).

It's ease in use and absolutely wonderful support staff. Interfaces with our EHR with ease and accuracy and best of all... they created a MIPS report to fit our specific needs as a facility.
There seems to be a lot of clicks involved before I find the right one. Even then, some diagnoses I find are broken down into multiple diagnoses, which I find confusing.
I like the ability to pull the data by facility, quality measure, and other options to view the data. The readmission reports are excellent.

Our providers are no long losing charges. Our billers can correspond questions directly with the providers and the exchange is tracked within the application.
