Great customer service, able to resolve my issue with one call. The support staff is super knowledgeable and they are will to go the extra mile keep up the good work.

I love the dashboard for quick reference as to what calibrations need done. The ability to store procedures and apply to multiple different gages is also great.

The date format as we are in Australia the dates come out wrong for us, we use days, before months and at times on the certificates of calibration it can be confusing.
The label software is very useful easy to change size depending on tool size. The ability to print out various forms is a great help.
I started using an earlier version that was clunky and had a horrible user interface that was hard to navigate without training. Thankfully this has been rectified in the newest version.
There is also a lot of scope to add as much detail for each asset as you feel is needed. Value for money is one of the greatest benefits to this software.
Is miss a field with parameters of the instrument. Measuring range and output for example.
The support from the team themselves if we ever need support is just top notch, and that could be for them to help us develop a new cert layout or how would you recommend doing x,y,z.
But this is only a wish list item rather than a negative.
The cloud based software has been extremely reliable at our facility in helping us achieve success with compliance.
If you forget someting in the report and close it, you can't change it anymore. In the preview you can't see everything.
Easily configured, good reporting tools, great support staff whenever help was needed.
There are not actually any features I don't like in this SW.

Before using GAGEtrak, my company used Qualtrax. We went away from Qualtrax because we were looking for software that had better training and help files. We chose GAGEtraks because of its simplicity and then the help files and training that were provided. It made it very easy for new users to onboard quickly. Onboarding and integrating GAGEtrak was very easy. We're a relatively small company. Our users wear a lot of different hats, and GAGEtrak was easy for them to pick up and integrate with our other processes and programs. For others considering using GAGEtrak for their business, I highly recommend taking advantage of the help files provided. They really make it easy to get started.
