Professional and trade associations (25-10,000 members) Clubs that people join through their personal lives (same member range)
Tithely is perfect for all size churches. We're currently serving everyone from church plants to churches of 15,000+ members. Our pricing & easy-to-use software make it a right fit for all churches.
I truly love the customer service and I believe the pricing is fair reasonable. The platform has evolved over time and it has been great to watch the growth.
Very difficult to use for email. Lots of email gets stuck in recipients spam folders.
Membership module is powerful and has tightened our organizations' membership count. Offers more capabilities than our org currently use which is a good thing for our growing organization.
Users are constantly confused, user interface design is horrendous, Folks who worked with club members on implementation did not provide adequate guidance so product is almost unusable.
I love that there are constant improvements and additional functionality being added. There are many more things to love but most of all I love the stellar support via email and/or phone.
And there is no record of the email going out (how many people got it, bounces etc --that info goes to the sender but there is no area where it is retained.
The ease of use, coupled with good tutorials and great support, makes this a fantastic way for someone inventive to create their own site.
A lot of the functionality is hidden and hard to use. Using the website is very frustrating and often needs a call to customer service for assistance.
Tithe.ly provided wonderful materials to help me convince my governing board that we needed online giving, and that Tithe.ly could provide that solution in a secure and cost-effective way.
There are TONS of missing features and functionality, and this isn't disclosed or known until after you've made the conversion and are in too deep to switch again.
Customer service is always fantastic to deal will which helps when I have questions on how to do things.
The way the deposits are done in accounting software can be a confusing.
I love that when we put in the events on the website it automatically transfers over to the app. Customer service is awesome.
Almost NO integrations with other platforms. No form data sent to admins when forms are completed.
Here everyone has access to it & learning it & learning new features are very simple. You can't beat the price anywhere so it really a win win for all.
Current integration with ChMS is buggy. No notification when someone gives.
Dick E.: Hello. My name is Dick. I'm a founder of a nonprofit organization that supplies services to seniors. I've been using ClubExpress for over 10 years, and I would give it a five out of five rating. For more reviews, click below. Before using ClubExpress, we were using spreadsheets, and I was considering writing an application myself using Microsoft Access. Fortunately, ClubExpress came along. We evaluated it and decided it was perfect. ClubExpress had all the features we were looking for. It helped us manage our volunteers. It helped us email members and volunteers. It provided website support so that we could create our website within the tool. And it had many other features, surveys, frequently asked questions, news, support, and so on. No other product met all our needs in this way. We had a newly formed organization, and ClubExpress guided us through the process of deciding how our organization should run. We followed the way the software was organized, and it led us to a process for running our organization. I think that ClubExpress has a great many features, not all of which you will need to use immediately. But remember that they have wonderful help that will explain how to use features and they're available weekdays during business hours and are always very helpful, very.
Speaker 1: Hi, my name's Joe. I'm the pastor of the First Presbyterian Church in Jasper, Indiana. We've been using Tithe.ly for a few months now and everything that we've used with Tithe.ly, I would give them a five out of five. Before Tithe.ly, we used two different programs. We used Wix, which is a much more complex system to put a website together if you're not very technologically prone. And then we switched over to Faithlife, which was a good fit for us, but Faithlife unfortunately ceased operations and we had to find another fit for our website and Tithe.ly was a very good fit for that. It filled all the holes that we needed. It was a very plug-in play, but still built a very nice website and had backend features that were very helpful to us. We chose Tithe.ly first and foremost because it had the features that we needed. It has background checks built into the system so that we don't have to have a third party provider and keeps track of those things for us. It also has a built-in system to keep track of both our members and those who work on different parts of our ministry. The other part that is very nice about Tithe.ly is the built-in easy-to-use sermon loader that we don't have to mess with, we don't have to think about, and automatically builds that feed for us. And the final consideration for us was price. There are several other companies out there doing very similar things to Tithe.ly, but we felt the price point and what we needed from the system really was a perfect match for us. It was very easy to start with Tithe.ly. They give you two options to start with. You can either move your website or build your website fresh with them. We chose to pay a few hundred dollars so that they could just take our existing website and build it into their platform so that it really was a pretty seamless transition and doesn't look any different than it did the week before we had Tithe.ly. So on the outside, no one can even tell that we've switched providers and that was a very helpful service for us. We're very glad to have used it that way. I would say if you're considering Tithe.ly or one of the other options specifically catered to church websites and background that they're worth talking to, they're very glad to talk to you on the phone or on a Zoom chat and they answer all the questions that you're going to need to know. The final thing that I would say is, if you're looking for an all in one platform, they're the closest you're going to get as far as I understand, including giving website people, all of that put together into one package. It's really what made Tithe.ly a perfect fit for us.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
