It's ability to manage a database for membership communication such as letters, e-mail and more is outstanding.
When members drop off, the database cannot be compacted to reuse open numbers. The timing on renewal and drop status had some bugs in it that will put members in drop status when they are not.

We followed the way the software was organized, and it led us to a process for running our organization. I think that ClubExpress has a great many features, not all of which you will need to use immediately. But remember that they have wonderful help that will explain how to use features and they're available weekdays during business hours and are always very helpful, very.
