Having said that, the customer support staff is super helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I also like the upgrades to their email creation features.

I am displeased that there is no function in order to text all leads a mass text message.

I would recommend to anyone who is looking for something like this for their business not matter how big or small. Keeps you on track, organized daily and smooth to use.

Intially it was very frustrating due to some software changes. When the kinks were worked out it did become easier.

I like how quickly incoming leads are updated and the team is notified and I like how easy it is to track who we have contacted.

Frustrating that I cannot do things quickly. Complicated to teach as there are many steps to each process.

I have used this since day one with the company I’m at and I’ve been pretty happy with it.

I've been using the "new" version for the last 6 months and I miss the old (flash-based) version. All of my co-workers feel the same way.

This is perfect product that i want to use for my company daily needs, support team is also good and revert on time with resolution.

Few options are not customisable. Sometimes software will stuck while using.

Very easy even for first time users, Reports are awesome, Integration made easy because of excellent support from the implementation team.

This is lil difficult for our sales rap to use it smoothly.

The overall experience with Kylas has been wonderful. They have an amazing customer success team who are always willing to help and guide the customers whenever required.

Complicated UI makes a it a little difficult to get use to the software.

I like all features of Kylas , it is easy to use , call and email facility good , whatsapp integration is good , all good.

Rigid customization in some aspects of the software.
