One of the best debit cards out there, with a great free plan that offer great "limits of use. Anyway, the software is pretty good and usable, with a lot of nice functionalities.
And worst part is N26 won’t say why we can’t get phone support through them. Which was all available when we opened the account.
Also, the customer support left me very satisfied, when I had a question, I received very quickly a personal support and I have been followed with great efficiency and kindness.
The waiting time for my physical credit card was supposed to be around 10-14 days, but it got lost before entering the country.
I like how intuitite it is, how great has the user experience been curated.
I can download my entire financial history as a CSV file, which should be the default for any bank, but sadly is far from standard.

It is very difficult to get your money out. I've tried for many days and have received nothing but the runaround from a barrage of emails.
I love the easy at wish you can take out money from your bank with a fraction of a second and the money will be ready to use. They also have a prepared card which has a lot of cash back advantages.
I had a hard time reaching someone from customer service to request a transaction i needed to cancel.
Jesse: I'm Jesse. I own a mobile mechanic business named DJ Integrity Mobile Mechanic. It currently has two employees and I would give Cash App five stars. I use Cash App daily to receive money from my clients and also to send money to anyone I need to send it to. I like how convenient it is to... It's simple. You can just hop on there and if you want to send some money to somebody, all you got to do is push a couple of buttons and it's a done deal. It's instantaneous. You don't have to wait on it. I really like it. Honestly, I can't really think of nothing that I don't like about it. One time they had a little outage where they were down for a couple of days. That's really the only complaint I would have about them.
