Engageware vs Wix: Which is a better fit?

The best experience so far has been when our clients tell us, Whoa, neat and easy system vs. what we had before. Making it easier for our clients to reach out to us is important.

The app also refused my password several times and would give me error messages despite easy log in through the site directly, aka no real password issues.

I have used Timetrade for over a year now. I have it integrated with my Wix website and love the ease of use and dependability of it.

Nearly all problems have been user-created rather than system-created.

Ease of use, seamless Outlook integration and the ability for my clients to schedule at their convenience have given me & my team our day back.

I often close out my email for web meetings with clients and would sometimes find problems with double booking because the calendar was not being updated real time during that process.

The tool is reliable, easy to use and allows customers more autonomy in finding a time that fits with their schedule. It has become a part of our process and holds great value with our business.

It's not the most straightforward software to use - setting up the times can be difficult if you don't have all the right factors eg clearing your outlook calendar.

It was my first experience building a website and everything worked like a charm and left me really happy with the final result.

Ve had several malfunctions with it in the past. M scared to edit and delete old information on there just because it screwed up the booking button and clients couldn’t schedule.

M extremely happy with what is offered, the ability to pick it right up with an easy to use interface, and the customer service is also high quality as wel.

There needs to be more -- and better - quality -- add-ons available. Those with terrible reviews make Wix look bad; more should be done to weed out the awful options.

Accessible to anyone who has a little interest and commitment. Enables the creation of very professional websites, with an excellent image bank and templates.

I most like the program's ease of use, cost-effectiveness and the varied and sophisticated designs that are available to those who work with it it.
