Out of the box, MemberLeap is a feature rich association management tool. But what gives MemberLeap the distinct advantage is their dedication to improving the product in customer-centric ways.
Having a little trouble getting my add-ons automatically onto the invoices. MemberLeap is working on the issue though.
They offer a good overall product for Member Management, Member Communication, and Event Management at a good price. They have many more capabilities that we have not taken advantage of.
The pixel sizes for the home page slide show and the logo slide show take getting use to and require some manipulation to get correct.
Memberleap has been very easy to migrate information over. Excellent customer service and great value for the product.
Also most admin functions are global for the organization, rather than restricted for which person or data fields they can access.
It is a wonderful tool for our MGO's to plan trips and provide the data team quick updates on contact information. The help desk is very good at quick answers.
I have had users confused by the default terminology on the platform when it doesn’t match our established norm. Solicitation codes in EverTrue are known as exclusion codes to everyone in the office.
The company has not only developed (and continues to improve upon) a solid platform; its employees are passionate, thoughtful, and committed.
Periodically it gets stuck and you have to update the mobile app to get it to work.
The ease of accessing donor files, the relative home price on their most recent address, and the presentation of relevant constituent data are items I like best about the software.
If there are cons, it's that the product offers so many tools I can find myself going down a rabbit hole of data discovery, but that's a ME problem, not an EverTrue problem.
EverTrue is a valuable contribution to our decision support systems. Their customer success team is without parallel, extremely responsive and always gracious.
That area is not relevant to my position so I don't like that we have paid the full price for EverTrue when a lot of the functionality isn't used.

Prior to EverTrue, the way that we captured alumni engagement information was very manual. We used Excel. It was very challenging to share information amongst teams members, as well as being consistent with the data and the history of our alumni. EverTrue was chosen because it's a one-stop shop for really creating a profile of who our alumni are. It provides information in regards to social media, their career and professional goals, and activities that they are engaged in, as well as what the history interests are in regards to receiving donations and fundraising. Onboarding EverTrue into our organization was very seamless. They provide direct support. They were just a phone call away if there was any challenges, as well as the information synced with our prior use, which was Excel. It was quick, it was easy, and it actually made it fun because we were excited about having this new data. When considering EverTrue, one thing that you should think about is a system that will capture not only the demographic information of your member, but also what is of interest to them, how they like to take their treasures and give back to a institution, and how we can celebrate them through their professional journey. EverTrue does that.
