The directory has got good features for its price and is affordable. My overall rating is better than my expectation.
However, when you receive an email from someone who you have just spoken to on the phone that has no relation to the phone call, it comes across as a little fake.
We read all the reviews, tried all the free trials, and finally made our decision. After extensive evaluation, the Brilliant Directory product easily won the competition.
Initially, I was frustrated as we started to build the site.
Also, the incorporation of customer feedback into developing a mature product is obvious and just one of Brilliant Directories' many strengths.
Limited front end design, unless you know a lot of coding.
Naturally when I came to Brilliant Directories I was full of questions about features, product, services, implementation and much more. My rep was super helpful and patient with my questioning.

The program is robust for the price point, which is great for a small nonprofit like us. It will save us countless hours with membership and conference/event management.
My only complaint is that my learning curve is steep.
Out of the box, MemberLeap is a feature rich association management tool. But what gives MemberLeap the distinct advantage is their dedication to improving the product in customer-centric ways.
Having a little trouble getting my add-ons automatically onto the invoices. MemberLeap is working on the issue though.
They offer a good overall product for Member Management, Member Communication, and Event Management at a good price. They have many more capabilities that we have not taken advantage of.
The pixel sizes for the home page slide show and the logo slide show take getting use to and require some manipulation to get correct.
Memberleap has been very easy to migrate information over. Excellent customer service and great value for the product.
Also most admin functions are global for the organization, rather than restricted for which person or data fields they can access.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
