Since we have had CCC, our residents are very pleased at the improvements we have made in managing our condominium complex. Their customer service excellent.

Their "known issues" have cost me THOUSANDS in productivity loss. They don't offer credits, discounts or anything of value and they don't fix the issues for months.

I'm using Condo Control apps to manage my residents such as owners or tenants profile. I'll register the new tenants and owners to Condo Control apps and sometimes I'll also use the app to help the residents to book the [inaudible 00:00:30]. So Condo Control is pretty easy to use. I can usually easy to find the button or the subject that I want in Condo Control. And then does have different selection. And the selection is very satisfied for my client. I think last month. So that's have some time condo Control apps have some fuzzy things, so it's automatically all the language, especially the selection, change it to the French, to the French and actually, I don't know, I don't know French. Therefore, I need to use the other translation app to see what is the English meaning about that.

I was a new company and I'd just started. And a friend of mine actually had Buildium and she used it for her hundreds of properties that she managed. Well, the main thing I liked about Buildium was that it was from soup to nuts. It offered me everything I needed. As a matter of fact, it's almost like having an administrative assistant. And so, I was so blessed to be able to have this program, which does everything for my marketing in the beginning, all the way through to moving someone out at the end. It has so many apps that connect to this program and they're just amazing. And together, it just makes it so much easier for me to run my business by myself. For me, it was fairly easy to get started. Just because the week that I was actually doing all the videos, we happened to have a week of snow in Louisville. So, how lucky I was to be able to have that snow, because I sat down and went over video after video. And in those videos, I was able to learn step-by-step what to do to be able to set up my system and really make it effective for me as I moved forward into it. It's a little challenging if you don't have that much time. But if you've got the time to really sit down and just focus on it for a week or so, you can really set yourself up for success. I recommend Buildium greatly to anyone, and I always share that with people around me who are in the property management industry, because I do not know what I would do if I did not have Buildium. Every day when I wake up, I go through my system and think, wow, how lucky I am to have this helping me manage my properties. I have 28 units. And to be able to do that by myself and do the labor and the repairs and all of that, it's a lot. And so, Buildium really helps me organize and keep all that in line. So when people ask me, what system do you need to use? I tell them, no question, it's Buildium.
