UKG Pro vs WorkTango: Which is a better fit?

The most important thing that UltiPro offered to me was the ability to customize my 'favorite' links to allow the user interface to fit my exact needs.

It was very frustrating with little to no help. Once I was actually logged in, every thing was incorrect, hours were missing, it was very difficult to use.

Love the reporting and the automation of reporting. The culture of Ultimate Software is fantastic and it shows in the support they give us there clients and partners.

Terrible interface, bad customer service, never could get used to the software functionality.

Love the granularity workforce dimension offers. Also love the new dashboard features on the home page makes it more visually nice and easy to understand.

It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.

They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.

You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.

The comparison features were great - saved me from having to manually manipulate the data in order to gain perspective.

I noticed some of my colleagues would give each other points just for the hell of it, or because the points were about to expire by the end of the month.

I have used another similar program at a previous job that wasn’t as user friendly. I love the set up of Kazoo and the access to so many great rewards.

Sometimes difficult to find a user/employee by name in the search field.

The customer service I get from them is awesome, they are always eager to help me use the tool better, introduce new features, and make sure I'm getting the most out of my subscription.

The workflow isn't as intuitive. We switched over from Reflektive, which had employee complaints, but the workflow wasn't really much better than Reflektive.

The platform is easy to use, offers exceptional features like the ability to acknowledge employees' comments and respond to them while respecting their anonymity. Great service and people.

Occasional difficulty logging in. Could use some simpler icons for the likert scale.
