It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.
They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.
You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.
I love how detailed it is & easy to work with & great customer service when you call support. We also love being able to view timecards & what you make per day.
Occassionally, I have run into a problem with how something is being done, the response I received, "the software can not do that" or "that is not how this works.
Ease of Use and consolidated reporting are the best features of this product. Next is customer service is outstanding.
There is nothing I can really say that I dislike about the software.
It is nice that you can customize the dashboard. It is pretty easy to onboard and the task system is really nice.
It can be a tad bit confusing where to find things.
The overall system is user Friendly. The customer service and helpdesk team is very responsive, friendly and helpful.
It does log you out after a period of time which I expect but some employees seem to get frustrated with that.

On a day to day basis I use Netchex to keep up to date on all of my pay stubs, to look at tax information and to manage my time off. My favorite part about Netchex is having a bunch of very important HR documents all in one place for me to download and use later. For Netchex I wish that there was some kind of mobile device to make it a little bit easier to use, as an end user, from a mobile phone. Right now I have to log in through a browser and it's not the most user friendly.
