The most important thing that UltiPro offered to me was the ability to customize my 'favorite' links to allow the user interface to fit my exact needs.

It was very frustrating with little to no help. Once I was actually logged in, every thing was incorrect, hours were missing, it was very difficult to use.

Love the reporting and the automation of reporting. The culture of Ultimate Software is fantastic and it shows in the support they give us there clients and partners.

Terrible interface, bad customer service, never could get used to the software functionality.

Love the granularity workforce dimension offers. Also love the new dashboard features on the home page makes it more visually nice and easy to understand.

It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.

They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.

You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.

Collage has been a fantastic partner. From the on-boarding process to occasional support, they are professional, friendly and great at what they do.

Their time off feature is terrible, they don't adapt for holidays and we've paid employees who have left the company too much because of the way Collage's software is configured.

It's easy to get up and running, very intuitive from both user and administrator perspective, and their customer support is outstanding.

Still sends me reminders and updates even though we no longer use them. Because we no longer have an account it will not let me log bag in to unsubscribe to the emails.

Ease of use, great features, FREE, fantastic customer support, listens to suggestions, and when they don't have a solution, they always have another suggestion of where to follow.

Collage is fantastic for my place of work. We have a lot of employees, so this made onboarding super easy and facilitated in payroll and scheduling.

No option for taking lieu time with overtime or subtracting overtime when someone wants it paid off. Right now it's going into the system and subtracting it.
