It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.
They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.
You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.
For a company I think it’s a great benefit to have and it allows employees to purchase things to benefit their quality of life without spouse disagreements.

The ease of reporting and adding/removing employees. It was very nice to be able to be able to do this on my own instead of waiting for our Account Manager to do this for us.
