The most important thing that UltiPro offered to me was the ability to customize my 'favorite' links to allow the user interface to fit my exact needs.
It was very frustrating with little to no help. Once I was actually logged in, every thing was incorrect, hours were missing, it was very difficult to use.
Love the reporting and the automation of reporting. The culture of Ultimate Software is fantastic and it shows in the support they give us there clients and partners.

It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.
They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.
You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.
The software helps to analyze data in a way that is easy to read and see. The best feature I like is how it provides recommendation on action to take, based on the survey results.
I hate the reporting feature. I think the way the data is presented is convoluted and confusing.
I appreciate the opportunity for users to write comments as those are very important when analyzing what changes might be implemented.
The features are limited and there is not much room for customization. There is also no API for HRIS integration which makes is difficult to have a constant update of our employees.
Overall experience is good. The software satisfies needs of my clients and I find it useful to use it to help plan actions for my clients to increase employee satisfaction.
