The most important thing that UltiPro offered to me was the ability to customize my 'favorite' links to allow the user interface to fit my exact needs.
It was very frustrating with little to no help. Once I was actually logged in, every thing was incorrect, hours were missing, it was very difficult to use.

It told you to search for a tab when there were no tabs or to click on a box and there were no boxes. There is no PTO calendar, which means I have to figure it out myself.
They want to provide a great customer experience. It is nice they also have so many partners you can work with to ensure all your systems are integrated.
You can not configure the application for candidate experience. Terrible implementation and testing and deployment process.
I like that you can easily access who reports to who and what position they have. For someone new joining a huge company, this is super helpful in getting to know people.
For some reason I often have an issue signing on to Pingboard. The login page sometimes is very slow which can be frustrating.
Ease of use, great UI/UX, ability to see org chart, great way to share skills and interests with people in your company.
Departments are split into 2; I assume this is a limitation of the software.
I also love that it flows down to show each department and who is in it and what they do and which department is in need of hiring new employees. This is a great asset to have in the company profile.
Or at least not in a timely manner. We had people leave that were showing up in the org chart for weeks after wards.
It's a great big picture and small picture tool and the ability for customization of individual profiles is very nifty. I love that it also integrates with my calendar.
I have no real cons in my time using the software.

We were looking for a tool that was more purpose-designed to build org charts. We chose Pingboard because we were looking for our purpose-built tool to build org charts that could easily import and export company data. Integrating Pingboard was really easy. It's a very intuitive tool to use, and the help center on their website has a lot of great information on how to get started using it. If you're thinking about getting started with Pingboard, I would encourage you to use the help center on their website and really take advantage of the import and export tools that really makes it easy to get started.
