Practice-Web vs iDentalSoft: Which is a better fit?

My overall experience is very good and it’s very easy to use. Their monthly support system is also excellent I highly recommend to use their monthly support.

Our office was unsure about which electronic patient management software to get after a bad experience with our previous program and Practice Web was recommended to us.

Overall, my experience has been fairly positive. Tech support has been responsive and helpful and with help, it has been able to meet most of our needs.

I've added a stand up computer on the clinic floor because most entries are so quick, it's a waste of energy to sit down.

Very good customer service is a bonus. It's easy to contact them and all the representatives I've dealt with are friendly, willing to help, and they absolutely know what they are doing.

Nothing that I can think of. All problems are minor and resolved quickly.

I really have nothing but high praise for the software and the company. I would recommend them to any dental office looking for great practice management software at an affordable price.

One option at the bottom of the scroll down menu for chart face would be nice. Also, my network computer manager has always hated that this is not a web product by current definitions.

I really like the help desk. They are available all the time and easy to reach and help me.

Support is horrible!!!! Email and calls with no answers. Contacts after 20 hours of waiting at a time, had technical support in the morning only to get a machine and calls back after 4 hours.

The people I work with over at iDentalsoft, are always willing to help and they are so interested in finding out how to improve the software.

It has done nothing but cause hassle and not to mention their support system is horrible.

The reporting was terrible. My end of day numbers would always be off.

The doctors love the ease of charting. The e-billing is amazing and we can instantly send patients their bills.

It's frustrating that there is no scrolling ability with reports, name searches - anything that may be multiple pages. We have to keep clicking "next" to move ahead.
