ChiroTouch Core is great for chiropractic cash and paper-billing practices, while ChiroTouch Advanced is great for chiropractic insurance and electronic billing practices.
EMA® EHR features adaptive learning in 10 specialties. gGastro® EHR serves gastroenterology. They integrate with our Practice Management and gPM™ systems, all accessed via tablet, browser or mobile.
Overall a wonderful product that is always trying to improve and makes the entire office run more efficient and reliable.
That's 3-1/2 years they had to work on it, and didn't. Hence my, and many other's, severe disappointment in this company.
You know you are with a good company when the support staff is happy and helpful. That tells me CT cares about its staff and therefore they will care about our needs.
Thirdly, the system has separate, poorly integrated apps for scheduling, patient account management and charting and will drive your staff crazy unless they have 3 monitors.
Appealing visual design, easy to navigate, good for those who like their work or information in separate screens/windows.
We get kicked out of the program quite often and have hate some pretty concerning technical issues that have required quite a few phone calls to assist us in getting the problems fixed.
So far this software is very user friendly. It is similar to our old software which made it an comfortable transition and the support staff is very reliable and friendly.
Can be difficult transition at beginning, seemed a little tedious a d frustrating learning all the new functions.
Its easy to use, intuitive, and robust; support is excellent, the company is responsive, and constantly improving the software.
This means loss of revenue for the practice. The reminder system is also very redundant and I have had numerous patient complaints over it.
The online training was great and timely (we fit the sessions within a month and this gave me time to spare for going online in time for October 2012). Customer service has also been wonderful.
I have reported this to the company but have only been told that it is being "looked into. I am very concerned that this information from the old paper charts has been lost.
Overall, they are pretty reliable and their system works really well with our PM system, so win win all around.
Although there was an attempt to be organized, it fell a little short. I also hated the bridging errors we would get from EMA to our billing software.
The benefit of going paperless is amazing and streamlines the front and back office to work together for quality patient care.
When a problem arises, sometimes you cannot reach someone directly and leaving an email is not always convenient. The response is too delayed and very frustrating.
Brooke: Hi, my name's Brooke. I am an office manager at a chiropractic office in Florida, and we are a fairly large clinic, we have four doctors here and see quite a number of patients, PI patients, major med, self-pay, all types of patients, and we've enjoyed working with ChiroTouch, we rate them a five star out of five. Before ChiroTouch, we did use a different program and I know we saw a couple other before we were introduced to ChiroTouch. ChiroTouch just seemed to integrate a lot easier with what we were previously using and offered more future capability for EHR and integrating in the payment system that we currently use. Really, the main reason we decided to go with the ChiroTouch is it was a easy transition. The training that was available at the time, they met with our entire staff virtually, which was very convenient, and trained each of us, some one-on-one through different portals that they sent us in our email, and then we did a group training. It was just really easy and quick to learn. Because ChiroTouch has other platforms that they integrate with for like payment, X-ray, it was even easier to integrate with our business than the previous software we were using. It took a little time for us to realize that we could use those so easily, but once we did find them, it was an easy transition to adding those extra softwares that they integrate with. I definitely would recommend anybody wanting to try out ChiroTouch to schedule a demo and have the team there show you around and see what capabilities are for the practice and be willing to change some systems, because a lot of the systems that we had that we weren't really wanting to change really did need to be changed and they could have been a little more proficient. And they are now that we've began using ChiroTouch and integrated our system into it more and more.
