Real Front Desk vs IDX Broker: Which is a better fit?

Phone contact has been excellent and the technical support and emails are wonderful. The company has made the changes to fit our company's needs.

There are a few times when the system was not working and it was difficult to answer a call on a specific property. I usually send message to helpdesk and they are already working on it.

So easy to use and would recommend to all. We compared all showing systems and this is the best.

Sometimes it is slow in finding the property you are looking for. I has also lost an agents login information every now & then.

I like that it is easy to use and understand. I like that all the homeowner information can be seen and that we are able to utilize that.

Doesn't happen often but can be a problem if it isn't corrected quickly.

I have been using AOS for 5 years now. It is such an amazing website to schedule showings.

Due to the set my work has, at times it is a little difficult to use our training videos, but I think thats more on how my work wants our set up than it is AOS.

I like how simple it is to get going with IDX Broker. We had a great website without IDX search and adding it was simple and has made a big impact to the look, feel, and function of our website.

Ll be filing a chargeback. I just wanted to warn others to view recent reviews before handing over your credit card information, as they’re billing is the ONLY thing that does work.

Their customer service is non existent (send an email and hope for the best).

Overwhelming number of features - there is so much it does that our agents can get lost in the options.

I love that each time a lead signs up to receive listings in their area, I am notified immediately via email.

No response from support on critical issues. They know it is time-consuming and expensive to switch providers for an established website and don't even respond to complaints.

Works well for us so far. We are generally pleased.

So you will have to pay the developer again for any little detail, adjustment or question you have about it.
