Monster+ provides functionality for the entire HR lifecycle as a single, unified solution for attracting, growing, and retaining the best talent for companies of any size.
Designed to reap the benefits of collaborative recruiting and hiring from end-to-end for teams of 10 to 10000, Breezy is loved by thousands for our modern, simple approach to applicant tracking.
It provides good screening questions and alerts when candidates submit their profiles. It has many good features to source quality resumes and track candidates over the platform.
You have to just through hoops to get in there and search resumes which is irritating.
Monster is a very popular tool and for good reason, he has powerful search capabilities and gives you access to a large pool of Candidates.
You end up getting access to old information from 2-3 years ago which becomes frustrating if you are trying to find candidates that are not on LinkedIn.
It allows you to search and contact active candidates. Its filters are great and helpful to narrow down the search and screening the candidate as per the requirements.
The product is so expensive so your number of views on resume is limited.
An excellent talent management system, customer service is particularly good.
Easy to use but some of the profiles getting error and it difficult to login again.
Breezy is the perfect HR solution to help you save time and energy, while allowing you to focus on the more important tasks of reviewing applicants and interviewing candidates.
The worst ATS on the market - worst support, worst quality, worst functionality, worst UX.
The help desk is right at your finger tips with someone to chat with anytime if there is an issue. Our communication with our client has just gone up and it is helping us find the perfect fit faster.
Extremely vague instructions. Difficult to implement alone.
We found this product to be a major improvement over other solutions. When our team members fully utilize, this is a great asset.
Screening out bad resumes - ones that don't match the qualifications at all.
Very easy to use, easy to customise and we have the ability to provide great candidate care for a very reasonable price.

Layne: Hi, my name is Layne. I'm the Global Head of Product Operations and I give Breezy five out of five stars. For more views like this, click below. I have used Lever and Greenhouse, and I found they were less intuitive for the team. So there was onboarding time, more documentation to be created, more questions to be answered. So, harder to learn. I chose Breezy primarily because of how easy it is. It's super intuitive and easy to use, and it's also easy to distribute your job listings. With just one click it ends up getting posted to Indeed Google Jobs, Glassdoor, WayUp, ZipRecruiter, and a whole bunch more that they don't even name. So just one click and then you have applicants pouring in from all over the world within days. It's just super easy to onboard and get applicants coming in really quickly. Getting started with Breezy is really easy. I just invite the members of the hiring team, once they accept the invitation I can add them to specific roles. And honestly, I don't even have an onboarding doc. I can just take a new team lead, invite them to Breezy, and when they log in they can see what to do. So there are buckets for people who applied, people who are doing a trial task, interviewing or who have received an offer, been disqualified or hired, and you can click on each person in each bucket and see the entire history of communication we've already had with that person. So sometimes I have the people operations associate give a quick walkthrough, but it doesn't take more than 30 minutes of admin time to get a new person up and running on Breezy. I would say go for it. You should upgrade to at least the startup plan if you want more than one role open at a time, or if you want to be able to customize the stages of the pipeline, I think. That's why we upgraded. We have the startup version, and I think it's 200 bucks a month, definitely worth it. We can have three roles at a time, and we can have as many locations as we want for each of the three roles. So our team is entirely remote, and if I want to post this job in Manila and Bucharest at the same time, I can do that. So yeah, if you need help, ask for support that's another recommendation. Sometimes I've spent too long trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong or where I should post the new job location. And anytime I run into anything that I find confusing, if I just click on the little chat box in the right hand corner, somebody gets back to me within a few minutes and gives me all sorts of ideas.
