This system offers a lot of great features to help with ease day to day tasks and offers a lot of great management and marketing functions.
The screen in the latest update is complicated. Commissions structure is annoying and the fact that it is a percent of a percent is hard.
The big thing is that you are very responsive when we have questions or need help. We almost always get a live person and the issue is resolved immediately.
The only thing I dislike about it, are the error messages that we get when we drag and drop an email from Outlook into Xanatek but that isn't on Xanatek - it's Outlook.
The forms and "zanning" capabilities are great. I love that the people never make you feel techno-ignorant, which many of us can be; always so willing to help.

We appreciate that the program has regularly been updated over the years to keep up with the latest technological developments, including successful integration into other programs.
They are always available when the error message pops up.
