Im still using the outdated version of it and still working like a charm. The support team is outstanding and ready to login remotely and support you as soon as you submit your help ticket.
After I would send, emails consistently get lost and other glitches constantly occur, such as politemail crashing my Outlook.
We also really like that we get analytics now, so we can assess the engagement levels of our audience. The PM team also responds promptly whenever we need support, which is great.
I can't see the GIFs, also on Pre-flight. As I am in Europe, Pacific time can be challenging when I have a problem or question.
Beyond that, and more importantly, it provides rich data that highlights how well your communication performed. As communicators or marketers, we spend a great deal of time on our messaging.
One of the missing features is being able to export all the campaign result in an editable format into pdf.
It is easy to use and makes sending bulk emails less of an issue. The template feature is a great tool that helps eliminate redundancies.

Ease of Use and excellent functionality the computer dashboard new one is really great video quality is good and tracking function is really fantastic.
Once an email template was created by my virtual assistant, I struggles to move content, or drag/drop without making the formatting of the email get "wonky" and messed up.
The ease of use is wonderful. I can access it from my CRM, Gmail, or on my iPhone with ease.
The editing features are limited and some of the video guides are old so some things aren’t the same when viewing the current version.
BombBomb is amazing, and it makes doing candidate outreach so fun and personal.
The drawback to BombBomb is that it's video, and people worry about what they look like on camera.

Customizing the emails in which you include videos can be a bit of a difficult task. Basically, the software provides templates for your usage that you can drop your personalized videos into.

So I'm always looking for something that's going to be user friendly for different people and types of age range. One thing that I would possibly change about BombBomb would sometimes be the video quality. There were times that I didn't think that maybe it was the clearest or the highest quality. So I think that's something that they could possibly improve on.
