HARMONY Medical vs WRS Health: Which is a better fit?

Harmony Medical is always available and willing to help with whatever I need. I so appreciate it when I can call and have someone able to help me right then with anything that comes up.

Inability to post 2 payments in 1 transaction. Inability to block a provider's schedule a week at a time.

Harmony has been an improvement over the former EMR, and we are satisfied with the system, and very appreciative of the team working with us.

I can't change my schedule (which may be a clinic limitation, not a software limitation), sometimes it quits randomly.

Do you value a company that has mutual respect and want to partner with you for your success. Harmony Medical has become to Cedar Creek Integrated Health a partner.

Providers have found the entry of clinical documentation to be extensive and confusing. Training new providers takes more time than expected.

The team at Harmony are kind, and helpful individuals who work closely together and can be reached easily when needed.

I selected WRS because I was very impressed with WRS ease of use, and the fact that the system is web-based and very accessible. It is also very affordable for nurse practitioners.

The only complaint I have at this time would be with building templates. It seems a bit more difficult than with our last software, and doesn't it have the same options as what I am used to.

Overall a good program and definitely a good value for the money. The company is responsive and pleasant to deal with.

Terrible, absolutely TERRIBLE for anything other than a single person family practice. Look elsewhere if you want a true system to look at your billing and your clinical charts on the same screen.

Inability to see your charts needing to be done if you didn't start them at the time of the visit. The schedule is based off of time, not by provider.
