Scheduling Manager vs AI Field Management: Which is a better fit?

It has been a big help in the day to day running of our business. We've been very happy with the service we've received from Thoughtful Systems.

The lack of flexibility. The lack or difficulty of generating reports.

I was very happy with the thoughtful systems software program. It was easy to use and understand and their customer service was always great.

Complicated, hard to navigate, poor service, and they do not.

The ease of use of the product was the best feature. If I had difficulty with a certain area, the "HELP" button was close at hand and would describe step by step what I needed to do.

Making changes was a bit difficult. If I had someone on the schedule and needed to reverse and place someone else in that spot, there seemed to be an unneccessarily large number of steps to do so.

We really like the support and training we get when we need it from the friendly support people at Thoughtful. Sarah, in particular, has been really great to work with.

If you try it do not go over your 30 day trial period no matter what they tell you. Get anything theypromise in writing.

Checking the kind of job it helps me do within the shortest possible time, i think the price has been awesome for me.

The only downside that I have seen is that there is no "forgot password" option. I was locked out of my account because I forgot my password.

The software is fast, reliable and secure, which is exactly what you want in this type of product.

That I didn't find it earlier and had to use an inferior product for 3 years.

Smart, powerful, scalable but simple & affordable solution to manage language-diverse field workers.

It is a bit difficult to get a hang of the software At first.

We became more impressed with the Software and their Customer Service as we went along, they took care of us, they took the long view from the start.

Although no software really did all that we wanted, AI Field Mgmt came close.
