I knew nothing about billing for a rural water system and chose this software because of good reviews. I am so glad I did, this software is very user friendly even for newcomers.
The only issue I have had is that the computer takes off the final penalty charge when the customer is closed out.
I like working overall with this software it's user friendly, reports are fast and easy, and working with great friendly people to help when we need help.
The only problem I had was getting rid of old accounts.

The product is good, but the Customer Service is AWESOME. Our Rep is Teri, and she is always very willing to help, has the right answers and follows up on all requests.
Since September 2015 we have attempted to get minor issues resolved (concessions, address errors etc) to commence using the software.
We have a hi-rise office building, and our tenants love it. The mobile app is great, and all-in-all it's a very effective product that is well received.
If there is an error it is usually the tenant user making the error and not engineering.
It's a very easy to use platform and the customer service is great. We've been using Genea in our building for a few years now and the tenants seem to like having the convenience.
I have used the Genea software on a regular basis for the over two tears and have yet to encounter an issue with running reports or navigating through the system.
The software is so user friendly and the customer support is great. I cam into my role within the year and it could not have been easier to get acclimated with.
Sometimes can be confusing while adding specific time zones.
Easy to put in a request for after hours air. Great customer service if you ever need to get a hold of someone for help.
I have no input, as I have yet to find a con with the program.
