There are few features missing in LMS which should be the part of LMS.
Overall experience is good. LMS is a most powerful platform to reach important information at end users.
The dashboard for ongoing courses should show all the ongoing courses at once without having to scroll if the other fields (New courses) are empty.
The experience right from UAT to launch has been very good as G-Cube has supported us at each step. When issues were escalated, then they were addressed immediately.

Customizing is a headache. We are limited to their base themes and customizing from there.

It is really difficult to navigate and find what you are looking for. The dashboard includes courses from current and previous semesters which is really confusing.

I have used many alternatives to Moodle, such as LMS and WordPress with LearnDash and Sensei. Moodle is the more powerful of all of them. I use Moodle because this is the all-in-one solution for e-learning. It has everything: tests, communication with the students. It is the most powerful tool in the market for this. I could give Moodle five star if it was was easier to use it, but the interface is very old, very little intuitive. And that's something they have to improve. If you are starting with Moodle right now, I would recommend that you look for expert advice. It is very tough to configurate, to set up and to put everything in place. So look for help.
