Not only is the program the best there is going around but the support is amazing that you will never find that anywhere but Rent Master.
RentMaster is somewhat confusing to me when it was time to update (add/subtract) an inventory item.
The most important part of RentMaster for me was its ease of use my staff, they were able to grasp it after just a couple of days. RentMaster have nailed ease of use in this respect.
In addition to that, we could not process payments directly in our software, making it more difficult to keep track our Accounts Receivable in an accurate way.
The fact that the program is very reasonably priced, knowing where our property is, plus the fact that the company is great to work with makes this a great investment.
This has been crucial for tracking down lost equipment.
Our onboarding specialist is amazing and she has done an awesome job with helping us get everything up and running.
If I could add any feature it would be automatic review capturing for google and Facebook. Other softwares can do this and filter out the bad ones.
It also has good flexibility for making up orders. The company is great to work with - their support is excellent and they listen well to improvement requests.
I think the worst part of the transition has been the pandemic and coordinating two teams.
Excellent Customer Service, very open to help, reply back when you ask about a problem is super fast. System is very friendly.
The only downside is the reporting is a bit limited. I use Quickbooks desktop and I need to pull a lot of info manually to enter into quickbooks, because the reports can't export it all.
I love the fact that you can easily create an inspo board that the customer can visualize thereby solidifying an easier sale. Seamless transition from my old system.
It's not as much of a burden if the implementation is spread out over a few months.
