I liked the survey analysis tool best from this software. The process of making the survey was easy and straight forward but the analysis tools are very useful.
Also, once in a while the MaxDiff module occasionally got stuck if I tried to make an edit. The survey keeps reloading and I have to close out the browser and log back in to get it unstuck.
Very practical, easy to use, students that need for example max-diff or conjoint love it, it provides them with a tool that really helps them in their graduation project.
Also the look of the survey is very dull. M not sure if that’s on purpose or not.
Undoubtedly the best tool for conjoint analysis. The available features are comprehensive.
Maxdiff max of 30 options seemed too low. Unless there is a reason 30 is the max it seemed to cap us unnecessarily.
Other pros include features like the maxDiff analyzer which has the Turf Analysis, which everyone seems to love.
So far, I have yet to find any issues with the use of the software that I find problematic.
Clarity, ease of use and an outstanding support team are just some of the reasons why I highly recommend it to anyone who needs to create offline questionnaires.
No functionality to print questionary (as before in V4). Expensive token system, exclusively cloud storage of surveys (no offline as in V4).
The ease of being able to export the data into different formats that are compatible with our systems is great. I also find the staff very easy to deal with and they are very accommodating.
By this all the questionnaires that had less than minimum acceptable duration for each question were disqualified.
The experience with IdSurvey has been great so far, and I would definetely recommend it.
There is no possibility to randomly select from the list of respondents. CATI calls are done via IP phone and not USBs.
It gives a lot of opportunities for developing survey tools. Logical solutions and filter conditions are great.
The interface design (for CAPI) looks very professional, however it is limited.
Prioritize real-user-identified key features according to your needs to find your best fit.
