SKYLINE vs Mi Property Portal: Which is a better fit?

Skyline offers excellent technical support and had recommended one expert to us whom we are still using to-date. We are very happy customers.

The product always has glitches and errors. Very difficult to use and horrible customer service.

Skyline has been the perfect solution for our small company. With Skyline we have great support and they have helped us through several difficult issues.

It is very difficult to learn and use. I have used a few property management software, and can tell that there are many unnecessary and illogical steps in Skyline.

Overall, wonderful experience. It does everything we want it to do.

My only dislike of Skyline is the fact that it takes a lot to build knowledge of the software with no real help manual or the lack of support from Qualitech.

We've been using it for over 20 years and I've been using it for over 14 years. It's continued to improve and we've been happy with the changes made.

Unprofessional and Lack Knowledge of their Own System.

I love the prospective tenant that they fill out application, schedule viewings then write the lease all super easy to use. Automatic rent payments work perfectly everytime.

The system can be difficult to navigate at times. Some of the reports, invoices, etc. aren't always categorized in an orderly way which can be frustrating.

This is an organization that is very customer focused, and they do a fantastic job of implementing features that their users suggest. The application is very robust.

Too many options which make it difficult to navigate sometimes but I guess different clients have different options needed.

The turnaround times are great when it comes to customer service and getting issues addressed which is highly appreciated during pressing times. Overall a pleasant experience so far.

It's sometimes not very forgiving. It's sometimes hard to correct a mistake you made.

It very user friendly and excellent value for expense. Customer support is top notch.
