Spacebase vs Visual Lease: Which is a better fit?

Spacebase’s intuitive design made it easy to adopt, and the dedicated customer support—especially during initial setup and with custom journal entries—was outstanding.

The menus can be confusing at time. When you are editing a lease, it is easy to get lost in the menus.

The customer service is excellent and the simplicity of the system - while still being able to be robust and complex - is key to my dependent departments.

At times when a contract is renewed it can be difficult to know which is the latest version.

I find it to be very user friendly and easy to navigate. The functionality is great.

It has allowed us to win accounts and generate more business. It is a great, user-friendly platform to stay organized across several real estate portfolios.

Both of these features were critical to us, and we are very pleased with the performance of the application in these areas. Pre- and post-implementation support was also terrific.

When it comes to putting dates there is sometimes a different way to put them in. Depending on the country your are working with dates can be misleading.

Everyone has been very helpful with any issues I have ran in to. My overall experience has been very good.

Our inability to translate some of these leases in-house is difficult. It would be ideal if Visual Lease could also provide translation services.

The Training videos are very helpful and customer service has been outstanding.

As a new user without any training, I found the reporting functionalities confusing and less than intuitive.

The lease administration functions are much easier to use and there is a seamless flow into the lease accounting functions. Our implementation manager was amazing.

I can't think of anything I dislike about the product or vendor. I have worked for 25 years implementing various types of property management software.
