The fact that we were deceived as to what ProShip was. ProShip does nothing out of the box, it is merely a development environment.
We had an awesome engineer who did all the custom programming and trained all our users. He had the support team setup in a way where they understood our setup and provided the proper support.

The update process for the product is very good. Response time is really low, and this tool is highly reliable.
However, during periods of staffing shortages, we have noticed delays in getting assistance and problem resolution.
ProShip's engineering team has continuously shown their innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
It was a complete nightmare. It took around 1.5 to 2 years to get it working and the people at ProShip had no clue as to what they were doing.
Logiwa is a great system for a company in need of a WMS system on a budget. It integrates with numerous eCommerce and accounting platforms and has been a great help to our operations.
Also that you cant input storage charges from before getting the program, so doing manually 1st month was a pain, but smooth sailing for future.

Jai K.: Hi, my name is Jai. I'm a manager. I'll give four out of five for Logiwa. For more reviews like this, please click below. Yeah. So, for Logiwa, we use it as a warehouse management system software, as well as the multi-channel inventory system. What we do, more specifically, is that we get orders on Logiwa from 10 different stores, 10 different sales channels, and compile them together, print postage labels on Logiwa, and create jobs, create picking, pack them, and then indicate that the order has been fulfilled. And update those tracking numbers to the stores, so that the customers get updated. And use Logiwa to track if the orders have been shipped, and also if we got supplies, like adequate inventory from, we track those inventory from Logiwa, as well, and link with listings so that if there is any quantity changes in the system, it syncs to 10 different channels. That's day-to-day usage of Logiwa. What I like most about Logiwa is its versatility and its features. So, what I dislike about is that the things that Logiwa promised to do is not really happening in the system. That's what I don't like about Logiwa.
