There is a lack of both ownership and understanding below the Maintenance Manager, a legacy of the previous Maintenance Manager. Again, GBC is working to address that.

Often the work order list and request list just spins around and won't open. MEX are unsure what the problem is.
Great system, easy to use and very user friendly. In my previous role I used Mainpac and the difference between the 2 systems is chalk & cheese, MEX is the better system by far in my eyes.

Customer Service is very good MEX are always willing to help whenever I call and all staff are kind, polite and helpful. No one has ever been dismissive or rude.
