It has great options, and even with upgrading to the Professional Option, which can be kind of expensive, it delivers incredibly impressive results.
The overview about the different pricing options is confusing and should get a rework.
We used this for a rapidly implemented survey. It was excellent - easy to set up, and the analytics in the Professional option are really very good and allowed for frequent non-expert review.
