GymMaster vs LegitFit: Which is a better fit?

Amazing financial reports and member management. We have been using Gymmaster for almost a year and we love everything about this software and the company.

The system sometimes fails and over charges members.

Data collection is also fantastic. Staff are friendly and do their best to assist with any issues that arise.

Navigating through the backend in the very beginning was a little frustrating at first, as there are a lot of options, and some of the phrasing can be a little confusing until you get used to it.

Integrated billing is easy to use and works great - makes life easy. There are a ton of options in the settings that allow me to set everything up in a way that works best for my specific club.

Currently there’s no 2-way SMS which means when clients reply you have to find the reply in your email then take it back to a separate SMS platform.

We have been using gymmaster for about 6 years and it has been an excellent product, easy to use, easy to tailor to our circumstances, staff need very little training to use, reliable and updates.

I did struggle a bit with finding which reports would give me the information I was after.

The customer service is top class, the system is so easy to use both from my perspective and very user friendly. I couldn't ask for more and highly recommend Legit Fit.

If you receive a message from a client you may miss unless you go into messages as sometimes the little yellow beacon cannot be seen.

Time saving, easy to use interface, great support, really nice company to deal with, very competively priced for a product that ticks all the boxes, saves me time and stress,makes me happy.

Clients not being able to cancel their own membership.

They were and still are extremely helpful in transitioning over to this softerware. I loved how customer friendly it is for my clients.

There is no function to show the monthly summary income. Although, the guys email me this every month.

I love how easy LegitFit is to use, all of my clients love it as well. Everyone at LegitFit that I have spoken to have been so helpful and nice.

No app but I do know one is in the pipeline and look forward to using it.
