The reports is excellent and exactly what I need for company payrolls. On top of this, Replicon has outstanding customer support teams.
The main time sheet entry controls are not intuitive and not very customizable. The reports are the same problem and there are many limitations to how information is displayed and organized.
Replicon has been a valuable tool for my business operations. Its strengths far outweigh its limitations, and I would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable time management solution.
To date our experience is mixed due to some staff working remotely. But this should have no reflection on the system.
Ease of access and the ability to do Single Sign On are great. Integrating the platform with other data sources was relatively easy also.
You cannot see comments quickly for each entry. Creating new tasks should not be so difficult.

The filters and functions for exporting projects can be a little unclear.
The dashboard is cleaner than some other products we looked at, and the functionality is more sophisticated than we actually need. The system seems flexible and can be customised to our needs.

What I liked most about the software was it's adaptability - making a bespoke tool possible for Aon. The team at Optimy were also always accessible and helpful and kept to deadlines and budgets.

We work with a lot of different vendors, and we need to attribute the time that we've worked on each of our projects accordingly, to each of the different projects. The thing I like most about Replicon is that it's easy to search through the list of all the different vendors that we use and the different products that we offer them and to be able to select each of those. And they have their own line items before each week that I need to put time in for my timesheet. Replicon is great for most things. And I could use with a little bit of a UI uplift; it still seems a little on the older side. But for the most part, it does its purpose. It serves well in its capacity.
