Replicon vs Optimy: Which is a better fit?

Ease of use and the ability to set it up based on your processes. Nice interface and the ability to set up multiple automated reports.

I Hate that my reports have different margins for some pages.

The reports is excellent and exactly what I need for company payrolls. On top of this, Replicon has outstanding customer support teams.

The main time sheet entry controls are not intuitive and not very customizable. The reports are the same problem and there are many limitations to how information is displayed and organized.

Replicon has been a valuable tool for my business operations. Its strengths far outweigh its limitations, and I would recommend it to other businesses looking for a reliable time management solution.

To date our experience is mixed due to some staff working remotely. But this should have no reflection on the system.

Ease of access and the ability to do Single Sign On are great. Integrating the platform with other data sources was relatively easy also.

You cannot see comments quickly for each entry. Creating new tasks should not be so difficult.

Excellent customer service, always responded quickly with an effective solution to queries. Wonderful to work with, thank you.

I have no negative comment on Optimy (teams or tool).

Everyone that we have dealt with on the team have been excellent to work with and the transition to the new tool has been seamless.

The filters and functions for exporting projects can be a little unclear.

The dashboard is cleaner than some other products we looked at, and the functionality is more sophisticated than we actually need. The system seems flexible and can be customised to our needs.

Cons": not flexible enough => still need manual workload.

What I liked most about the software was it's adaptability - making a bespoke tool possible for Aon. The team at Optimy were also always accessible and helpful and kept to deadlines and budgets.
