Network security system that helps businesses of all sizes protect data from cyber threats with a unified prevention, detection, response, and hardening platform across endpoint, network & cloud.
ConnectWise SIEM (formerly Perch) is an ideal solution for managed service providers (MSPs), VARs, MSSPs, and enterprise organizations that need to protect against advanced cybersecurity threats.
I loved that you can always get a good deal for a one-year subscription to get three computers safe and sound. I like that it is not constantly bugging you with a million reminders and notifications.
Complaints about all AV vendors and some of their updates give us grief when running during business hours, but all-in-all it catches most of what's out there which is the point.
Bit defender has proven to be the best among the competitors. Providing high levels of security, great features and customizations.
The portal can be somewhat confusing when new and if you have no experience.
The problem that Bitdefender solves is that I don't worry about intrusions and infections.
Especially considering I usually do a custom scan when something is going wrong. Each separate admin has their own separate "console" and they have to set it up on their own.
My overall experience with bitdefender is very good, it's a reliable protection solution.
Customer service at Bitdefender was frustrating to deal with and less than accommodating.
Perch is a perfect compliment to our services as it provides the SOC portion to security and their team then works with ours to get our customers taken care of.
We failed an audit because didn't provide the raw logs for the duration that we needed it. Perch is a simple basic alerting that sometimes fails to alert.
It works well, has great integration support, easy to deploy and manage, and the company is great to work with and provides awesome support.
Sometimes links don't take you to the correct alert, which can cause confusion. Physical sensors can go offline which is troublesome given the remote nature of all employees.
Everyone is super knowledgeable and always willing to help. It does not matter what it is you need help with.
Speed of the platform overall - some days, it drags hard.
Great benefits with insight into information we would not have had otherwise. Great team and the desire to provide excellent customer service.
We have multiple success stories from this product where a significant crisis was stopped before it became a crisis.
Walt R.: Hi, I'm Walt. I'm a System Admin. I give Bitdefender five out of five. Click below. We were using Sophos when we went to Bitdefender, and I really didn't consider any other products because I already done sufficient research to know that it was the product to go with. I ended up choosing Bitdefender because one, it was the highest rated product for years from Independent Labs, and I had extensive experience of using it as both, basically, the personal product and small business product, and it had been bulletproof. It was set and forget. It just works. Bitdefender was a breeze to deploy compared to other enterprise products I have had used in the past. I was able to do it all by myself without any input from support. The only thing that was a bit of a learning curve was just learning their particular user interface, which is not quite the same as you would get with most of the mainstream products. After using Bitdefender for, gosh, now seven years and having used other products, I can't recommend any other product for your basic anti-malware. They have increased the scope and the ability of the product without increasing the load on my computers. Nobody notices when we run full scans. It has the same features of standalone products like Carbon Black, Silence, and CrowdStrike, at a price that is lower than any of those individual licenses. And like I said, Bitdefender listens to their customers and they are responsive.
