Church Office Online vs Gloo: Which is a better fit?

Amazing...I mean AMAZING customer service, the most helpful I have seen, even better than Fellowship One (the big dog). The compatibility with an ipad for check in has been great as well.

Otherwise, there is the frustration of typing onto a word pad and checking every now and then to see if the characters allowed have been exceeded or not.

Very reliable, integrates with Mailchimp, very responsive customer service, clean interface, great dashboard (good snapshot), levels of access, raw data export, externally viewable calendar.

The inability to text without using an additional resource.

Super easy interface that is chock full of amazing features like financial reporting, attendance tracking, child check-in and member login.

The only drawback Insee so far is that it is sometimes hard to communicate directly to the company.

So far we have been very happy with it and love the fact that it integrates so many other resources.

Limited search tool, could include more options.

We've been using it since it was Thryve and have loved seeing such amazing improvements. It was also a huge blessing to have it be free for quite some time during Covid.

Some explorers were confused when I contacted them. I am not sure how to fix that.

The features and community have really resonated with me, and I believe it has a lot to offer. I love sharing my positive experiences and encouraging others to check it out.

I am not using 10% what I need to be using and that is a problem.

It's a great resource for reaching the congregation and community. It has been very easy to navigate and the support team is great.

I can't think of any aspect of this service that I am unhappy with.

Great platform, I really like the Discovery area and of course, huge fan of the mass texting engagement tools and Explorer program.

I don't get many replies. No visitors have come from the new mover mailers.
