All in One Software, SAP is rock Solid, reliable and well respected. BatchMaster running on SAP is can be customized to anything we require although out of the box it's good enough for us.
BME is somewhat unforgiving when inevitable input errors occur.
I would recommend that you give Batchmaster a try, it is a pretty easy to learn, user friendly piece of software and as I said before has all of the functionality we need and more.
There are a lot worse software systems out there.
The best part is the user friendly interface, it doesn't take much practice before you start feeling like you really know your way around the system.
It should not be using WORD.DOT and it should not accumulate in size when making more than one as the resources required can crash the computer.
Overall a very good experience and they are a pleasure to work with.
Sometimes the wording used in small specific menus can be a little misleading. Using synonyms for words that native English speakers might call something else.
Ve been a long term user and been very happy with it - especially useful if linking to Etsy, also the support is brilliant t and very friendly and prompt.
I find it hard to set up products. It is still confusing how you have to set up manufactures and recipes.
I love the ease of use, the ability to customize categories and keep up with lot numbers and batches, but my favorite thing about Craftybase is the customer service.
There was one aspect of my business I was having trouble setting up in Craftybase.
It is super easy to set up your company and easy to use going forward. The reporting is great too.
Syncing products from multiple sales channels instead of them showing as unique products over and over again can be frustrating.
I love their customer service. Whenever I have questions or wants, I just reach out and they are quick to respond and very helpful.
It’s hard to understand in the beginning and no one to talk to just email.
Janice: I'm Janice. I am the owner of Quintessential Aromatherapy and I give Craftybase a five-star review. Before Craftybase, I was just using Google spreadsheets and that wasn't really working very well because I had to try and make sure that the pricing for all of my products was correct on the one page, and then I had to make sure that every other worksheet page was updated as well. And it got to be really difficult working with a lot of different formulas, and I couldn't tell what I actually had left in stock for product. I could just tell what I needed to make for a certain product that I was making. I was recommended Craftybase by Jacqueline from The Product Boss, and it was on their list of different software to use for inventory manufacturing. And I checked out the other ones that they had recommended as well, but I chose Craftybase because it was exactly what I was looking for in a software and it was priced for my budget. Getting started with Craftybase was actually really easy. They have a step-by-step guide that I just downloaded and printed off, and they also have a really great customer support email that they get back to you within 24 to 48 hours. And very friendly, very helpful staff. It was a lot easier than I expected, and like I said, it was step-by-step, so they made it, onboarding, very easy and a lot less stressful than I expected. For anyone who is looking at Craftybase as an option, I would definitely recommend to do their 14-day trial. It is definitely worth it, and if you have any questions, you can reach out to the customer service desk. You can use their chatbot that they have, and they have a really extensive help center and frequently asked questions section. It covers a lot of what you're looking to learn and what you're looking to do when you're setting up your Craftybase.
